Marketing Performance Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon Advertising Console or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Daily Campaign Performance: Track daily campaign metrics, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop Keyword Strategies: Create and implement keyword strategies, bid strategies, and targeting methods to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze Metrics: Analyze and interpret key metrics such as ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPC (Cost Per Click).
  • Utilize Reporting Tools: Use Amazon's advertising tools, reporting systems, and third-party analytics platforms to extract insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align advertising goals with overall sales objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling ad campaigns across multiple formats.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including keyword targeting, product targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and collaborate across teams.
