Lead MICE Operations in Delhi

As a key member of our organization, you will lead and oversee all operational aspects of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) division, ensuring the flawless planning and delivery of high-quality events and corporate programs in Delhi.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the MICE industry, event management best practices, and vendor management. They should be able to manage end-to-end operations of MICE events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and client relations to align operational execution with business goals. Additionally, you will negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure competitive rates and quality services.

  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, florists, and photographers.
  • Develop and implement event budgets, ensuring effective cost management.
  • Provide guidance and motivation to the operations team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years in event operations or related roles, with 3+ years in MICE operations leadership.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
