We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our pharma data analytics initiatives. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end program management, defining KPIs, and ensuring project milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management
    • Lead data analytics initiatives from start to finish.
    • Define success metrics and ensure project goals are met.
  • Data Analytics & Database Management
    • Design scalable pharma data models and oversee their development.
  • Dashboard Development & Visualization
    • Create interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
    • Translate business needs into actionable insights across functions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, data analytics, or BI solutions.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools and hands-on experience with databases.
