Job Overview

As a creative visionary, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the design and visual communication strategy for brands.

This includes overseeing campaign communications, collaborating with brand strategy and creative copy teams to develop innovative content that helps brands increase awareness and solidify their consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brand teams to interpret creative briefs and understand brand objectives.
  • Apply design thinking to solve brand challenges and lead the design vision across digital and social mediums.
  • Develop concept mood boards for brand reviews and photoshoots.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions including digital, print, motion, and design.
  • The creative deliverables include brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
  • Genuine passion for pop culture and advertising/marketing.

Experience: Upto 2 years' of digital design and advertising experience.
