Structural Analysis Engineer

Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of structural analysis, with expertise in finite element methods and simulation software. Proficiency in Siemens Simcenter (Simcenter 3D, Nastran, etc.) is required for accurate structural analysis.

  1. Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and its applications in structural analysis.
  2. Strong knowledge of metallic materials (steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.), including their properties and behavior under various loading conditions.
  3. Expertise in composite materials (carbon, glass, sandwich structures, etc.) and their mechanical behavior, including the ability to model and analyze hybrid metal/composite assemblies.
  4. Familiarity with aerospace or industrial standards related to structural calculations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  5. Skills in post-processing simulation results (deformations, stresses, modal analysis, buckling, fatigue, etc.), allowing for accurate interpretation and presentation of data.
  6. Ability to write clear and structured technical calculation reports, conveying complex information in a concise and easily understandable format.
  7. Precision in analyzing and validating simulation results, ensuring accuracy and reliability in decision-making.
  8. Ability to suggest design optimizations based on calculation outcomes, driving innovation and efficiency in product development.
  9. Critical thinking to assess the relevance of modeling assumptions, considering multiple perspectives and factors.
  10. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with design, testing, and manufacturing teams, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  11. Ability to work in a project-based environment, meeting deadlines and quality requirements while prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
