Project Manager MEP/CIVIL

As a project manager for MEP/CIVIL, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of mechanical, engineering and plumbing systems. Your primary goal will be to deliver client requirements while ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and threats to the project, implementing contingency plans as necessary;
  • Oversee site activities, negotiate with contractors, review contracts and contribute to market analysis;
  • Manage change orders, track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in an MEP/CIVIL engineering-related discipline or related field, combined with five years of relevant experience;
  • Strong understanding of development management principles, including financial appraisal, risk management and negotiation;
  • Proficiency in HVAC, electrical engineering, BMS, security systems, AV systems and IT systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team;
  • Business acumen, with knowledge of local markets and key industries.
