Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Data Architecture Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This key position is responsible for designing and implementing data architecture solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop features in our existing data warehouse infrastructure.
  • Establish seamless connections between engineering, product, and analytics teams.
  • Implement, update, and design batch ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data processing.
  • Develop and implement data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineers and data analysts to build reliable datasets that support informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Dagster, and Prefect to optimize data workflow.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of data architecture principles and models.
  • Solid expertise in data modeling paradigms, including Kimball, Inmon, Data Marts, and Data Vault.
  • Experience with cloud-based data strategies and big data technologies, preferably on AWS.
  • Expertise in designing data pipelines for ETL, SQL, PostgreSQL development, query optimization, and indexing.
  • Ability to understand and manipulate intermediate to complex levels of SQL.
  • Thorough knowledge of Postgres PL/SQL, advanced SQL concepts, and statistical concepts through SQL.
  • Desirable skills: Python + SQL, Pandas, Polars, DuckDB, data visualization with Tableau and PowerBI.
