About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager - Ads, you'll be responsible for conducting in-depth market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation in the hyperlocal Ads space. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation in the hyperlocal Ads space.
  • Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product roadmaps and user stories.
  • Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and manage product documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in hyperlocal search, discovery, and customer experience management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, sales, and customer success teams.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the B2B SaaS space or a mix of B2B and B2C.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B software products in Adtech or Campaign management.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big-picture goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment and fostering collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges.
  • Passion for the hyperlocal market and understanding of its unique challenges for multi-location brands.

Desired:

  • Experience working with APIs of Google, Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram), and/or other Review management platforms.
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
