We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Royal Enfield. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of new products and product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Your expertise in product growth management, revenue and profitability analysis, and ASP optimization will drive business growth and improve market share.

You will work closely with our design and engineering teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery. Your experience in vendor management, product presentations, and global product launches across geographies will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting market studies, competitor product analysis, and data-driven insights generation to inform product development decisions. Your ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and implement best practices will be critical in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Growth Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and ASP growth.
  • Product Planning: Create category roadmaps, product development plans, and launch timelines.
  • Helmets Manufacturing Study: Conduct in-depth studies of manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • New Product Development: Lead the development of new products and product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Product Presentations: Develop compelling product presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Global Product Launches: Oversee the launch of new products across geographies, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in helmet manufacturing, managing production, and establishing and managing manufacturing facilities.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including design, engineering, testing, and launch.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
What We Offer
