About the Role:We are seeking highly motivated and persuasive sales professionals to join our team, working from home. As an Outbound Sales Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to call customers who have abandoned their carts on our website and convert them into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to customers who left items in their cart.
- Convince and assist them to complete their purchase.
- Answer customer queries about products, offers, delivery, and payments.
- Share active offers to boost conversions.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and report conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales & recovery targets.
- Prior telecalling / telesales / customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable making 100–150 calls/day.
- Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
- Laptop with stable internet connection.
- Basic Excel Skills
- Ability to work independently from home.
