Job Title: Creative Director

As a seasoned Creative Director, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and strategy of our fashion brand.

  • Conduct thorough research on current and emerging trends in the fashion industry to inform your design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Buying, Marketing, and Product Development, to align on seasonal concepts and product offerings.
  • Lead quality sampling activities and guide collaboration between product, sourcing, and mills teams to meet sampling timelines and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify opportunities to innovate and improve existing products and lines, ensuring they remain commercially viable and fashion-forward.
  2. Work closely with the Product and Product Development teams to understand costing and commercial feasibility, guiding the team to prepare innovative and commercially viable product ideas.
  3. Present seasonal line/collection to stakeholders, reinforcing the consumer value proposition and brand promise through the seasonal concept.
  4. Ensure alignment with brand identity, fashion experience, and consumer requirements, collaborating with Function Head to identify gaps and explore new value propositions, channels, products, designs, and concepts.

  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry, including current and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and lead change management initiatives.
