Visual Design Leader Opportunity

We seek a talented Visual Designer to spearhead our brand's visual strategy. As the key designer, you will develop premium designs that foster consumer engagement and drive brand loyalty.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive design solutions for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline materials.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all touchpoints.
  • Develop engaging social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Pursue innovative design concepts based on consumer insights and brand strategy.
  • Provide mentorship and creative guidance to junior designers and freelancers.
  • Stay current on industry trends in design, beauty, and direct-to-consumer markets to keep the brand competitive.
    • Requirements
    • 4-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design expertise.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
    • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
    • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
    • A keen eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

      • Photography or art direction background.
      • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
