Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results that meet customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to ensure conformance to quality standards.
  • Plan, execute, and perform quality control measures to identify and resolve deliverable issues.
  • Collaborate with operations and local quality functions to track, document, and report quality levels to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with established guidelines and customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or any related domain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent computer competence, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance is an asset
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation is an advantage
