Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to monitor and evaluate customer interactions, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality parameters and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate agent performance and provide feedback to improve overall quality.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to ensure consistency in assessment criteria.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and support training needs based on quality observations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Quality function, preferably in Insurance or BFSI.
  • Strong knowledge of call auditing, quality frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / MIS reporting.
  • Flexible to work in rotational or night shifts.
