Effective corporate governance and compliance are paramount to an organization's success. We seek a seasoned Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to bolster our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Oversight: Remain abreast of pertinent laws, regulations, and guidelines impacting operations, develop and implement robust compliance frameworks and procedures, conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential issues.
  • Corporate Governance Guidance: Provide counsel to the board of directors on best practices, organize and prepare materials for meetings, assist in policy development and implementation.
  • Company Secretarial Functions: Ensure accurate and timely statutory filings, maintain and update records, including minutes, resolutions, and other documents, facilitate communication between the board, management, and shareholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential legal and compliance risks, develop mitigation strategies, collaborate with departments for comprehensive understanding.
  • Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions on compliance matters, keep the team informed about changes affecting the business.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Certified Company Secretary
  • Minimum 7+ years post-qualification experience in business partnering
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, M&A actions, investor servicing, AR, GM/Postal Ballots handling, policy reviews, Insider Trading Regulation, and Material Event Awareness
  • Influencing skills and ability to work with Senior Leaders across functions
