Sourcing Expert - Procurement Solutions

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Sourcing specialist to enhance our team's expertise in procurement and sourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Sourcing Processes: Support end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration, to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Integration: Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and other relevant systems, facilitating a unified procurement landscape.
  • Functional Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Testing and Support: Conduct thorough system testing, training, and user support to ensure smooth adoption and operation of the system.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality, minimizing downtime and maximizing system availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong background in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Comprehensive understanding of procurement and sourcing processes, including best practices and industry standards.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration, including data transfer and interface design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing) for a comprehensive understanding of the procurement lifecycle.
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations to leverage scalability and adaptability.
  • Understanding of supplier enablement and compliance processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
