Job Description:

Opportunities and Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas for process improvement with clients, leading projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bridge the gap between Operations & Capabilities, ensuring seamless operations for vertical teams.
  • Implement end-to-end solutions in Blackline (Account Reconciliation, Task, JV, and Matching modules).
  • Develop plans to improve processes based on analysis results.
  • Contribute to and present during client reviews and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to collect data and assess current situations.
  • Remove barriers to progress through Blackline Optimization.
  • Introduce innovative concepts.
  • Achieve quality savings and productivity targets.
  • Provide domain expertise for hunting, farming, and BAU activities.
  • Proactively remediate accounts before leadership involvement.
  • Collect and analyze data for the vertical.
  • Establish standards and ensure efficiency roadmaps are delivered, working with stakeholders.
  • Align with Global R2R Tower leads for outside-in views and provide feedback on inside-out gaps and challenges.
  • Participate in special/strategic projects as needed.
  • Conduct diagnostics, solution design validation, or due diligence exercises.
  • Handle pre-sales activities for digital capabilities – identify opportunities, pitch solutions, build business cases, etc.
  • Understand client digital transformation needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments and lead client transformation journeys.
