Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to join our team at C1 Global Innovation & Capability Center. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in the support and development of our Converge-One Strategic applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business scope and implement sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
  • Work with external and internal partners to ensure coding best practices and development principles are followed.
  • Design, develop, optimize, deploy, and maintain software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
  • Participate in periodic peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
  • Work on development projects and oversee team development efforts on distinct projects as needed.
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to project implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Analyze end-user needs and design, test, and develop software to satisfy demand.
  • Provide database integrations/data migrations between applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience.
  • Well-versed with the overall technical architecture of MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience in Microsoft CRM 2015 (and higher versions) plugin development and testing.
  • High JavaScript skillset and familiarity with the Microsoft CRM 2015 JavaScript API.
  • Able to complete Microsoft CRM 2015 (and higher versions) forms, views, and other components customizations.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft CRM 2015 (and higher versions) solution deployments and management.
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM 2015 SDK using C#. Able to create and maintain applications that connect to CRM via the API.
  • Experience in FetchXml and SQL queries.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in architecting, developing, implementing, and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On Premise and cloud).
  • 8+ years' experience with Microsoft Development platform using .NET framework technology, Visual Studio.NET, VB.NET or C#, AOD.NET, ASP.NET.
  • 5+ years' SQL Database administration.
  • SQL 2005 and SQL Reporting Services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile development.
  • Experience with NetSuite and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of software engineering principles, methodologies, and procedures.
