Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365, including workflows, plugins, HTML, JS, and Unified Interface.
  • Utilize a solid background in CRM foundational components, including Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Work with Microsoft Power Automate and develop using web technologies and languages such as ASP.net, HTML, JavaScript, XML, XLSA, AJAX, JSON, and .Net Core.
  • Manage cloud/on-prem databases, such as Azure SQL and SQL Server, and use MS SSIS and other third-party connectors/integration tools like KingswaySoft.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation of software components.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for all environments.
  • Design and configure Microsoft Power Portals, integrating with non-Power Platform applications, and developing UI using Liquid scripting.
  • Use code and project management tools, including Git, TFS, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Employ design tools using ER modeling, UML diagrams, and flowcharts.
  • Manage Dynamics 365 CRM development environments, code merge, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Azure cloud, including authentication and resource management.
  • Experience with QAD or SAP ERP integrations.
