Job Description:

As a Business Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be to foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Building trust is key to achieving this goal, which requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex financial concepts.

You will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey financial information clearly.

The ability to analyze financial statements and provide sound advice is essential in this role.

Problem-solving skills are also crucial to address client needs and challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored financial solutions for clients while maintaining high service standards
  • Manage customer profiles, including risk assessment, demographics, and asset management
  • Enhance client relationships through engagement activities and cross-selling Bank products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities by converting referral leads and acquiring new customers
  • Meet organizational targets on a monthly basis and record all engagement activities through the CRM system
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation governing the Bank
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduation/Post-graduation from a recognized institution
  • Relevant certifications such as AMFI and NCFM
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience managing high-net-worth clients
