We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Investment Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle the end-to-end processing of complex transactions, ensuring all trades are delivered, confirmed, and settled accurately and on time.
- Perform trade booking, cancellations, and modifications, with a focus on swaps and other complex financial instruments.
- Manage collateral and margin calls, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
- Conduct quality checks on the work of junior associates to maintain high standards. You'll also be responsible for training and mentoring new team members to help them succeed.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in capital market operations.
- Proficiency in trade processing, settlements, collateral and margin management, and trade booking. Knowledge of swap trades is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
