Job Title: Real Estate Contract Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Real Estate Contract Management Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in SAP RE-FX and lease accounting to take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP RE-FX for end-to-end real estate contract and lease management. They will ensure compliance with IFRS 16 lease accounting requirements and support integration with financial modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP RE-FX for real estate contract and lease management
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 lease accounting requirements
  • Support integration with financial modules
  • Define master data structures for business entities, buildings, land, and rental objects
  • Automate contract conditions, periodic postings, and payment flows
  • Work with finance teams to align postings and valuations
  • Support period-end closing and reconciliations in RE-FX
  • Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces
  • Train business users on RE-FX functionality and reporting
Qualifications & Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or IT
  • SAP certified in SAP S/4HANA Finance or RE-FX
  • 6+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of lease accounting (IFRS 16/ASC 842)
  • Experience in integration with FI-AA, FI/CO, and MM
  • Exposure to migration projects from RE Classic to RE-FX
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA innovations in real estate
Skills:

In addition to your technical skills, you will need:

  • Hands-on customizing of RE-FX master data, contracts, and conditions
  • Understanding of posting flows, valuations, and accruals
  • Knowledge of Central Finance integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and training skills with finance and real estate stakeholders
