Job Description
The Senior Manager HR – Yuzen role involves overseeing the entire spectrum of human resource management for Yulu's field staff. This includes developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll processes, and maintaining relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations in India. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive hiring plans and implement them through various channels
- Foster strategic partnerships with government organizations, NGOs, and educational institutions for talent acquisition
- Manage onboarding processes, including document verification and training sessions
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and maintain relevant records

Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with expertise in workforce management and labor relations
- Strong understanding of labor laws, wage structures, and compliance requirements in India
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office tools
