About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience in financial accounting principles and a proven track record in financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and compliance.

This role requires a solid foundation in Accounting Standards and IND AS, as well as a strong grasp of GST regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Accounting Standards and IND AS.
  2. Month-End Closure: Manage the entire month-end book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
  3. Revenue and Expense Management: Conduct a thorough review of expenses to ensure proper classification, recognition, and TDS compliances. Oversee revenue recognition processes in line with accounting standards.
  4. GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
  5. Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  6. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
  7. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare various financial reports MIS for management, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis on financial performance.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and accounting operations.
