Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the marketability of our products in regulated countries, specifically in EMEA. This involves advising business functions about chemical regulatory requirements.

  • Developing and managing REACH-like registration projects, considering the global registration strategy
  • Planning, managing, preparing, and submitting substance registration dossiers
  • Advising business on potential strategies, managing consortia representation, and communications under REACH-like regulations
  • Contributing to relationships with EU/UK national associations and EU/UK REACH authority's activities
  • FOLLOWING EU/UK REACH developments and supporting other Product Stewardship pillars

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a similar position, a chemistry background, and understanding of worldwide chemical regulatory frameworks. They must possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, self-motivation, and a flexible, non-bureaucratic style working collaboratively and effectively throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration Project Management: Develop and manage REACH-like registration projects, considering the global registration strategy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with EU/UK REACH regulations and develop strategies to minimize risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business functions to advise on chemical regulatory requirements and provide support on product stewardship.
  • Industry Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with EU/UK national associations and EU/UK REACH authority's activities.
