About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Audit Manager to lead our internal audit team in evaluating the effectiveness of our IT general computing controls. As part of this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on audits, including financial and operational projects. Your expertise in IT auditing concepts and principles, as well as your ability to apply them practically, will be invaluable in identifying risks and controls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT internal audit plans, detailing control procedures and testing in accordance with professional standards
  • Prepare thorough, accurate, and complete workpapers that meet department quality standards, ensuring timely delivery of project results
  • Review the work of team members, provide recommendations for improvement, and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
  • Identify key issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose practical corrective solutions, acting as a resource on complex matters while motivating teams
  • Follow up on assigned audit report action plans to ensure business partners have completed agreed-upon actions

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, computer sciences, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CCSFP, or ISO Lead Auditor
  • 4+ years of IT audit experience, including IT General Computing Controls testing, risk assessment, information security, or information systems audit; 6+ years overall
  • Solid understanding of IT auditing concepts and principles, including practical application of IT risks and controls
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
