We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to play a pivotal role in driving admissions and increasing revenue for our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive student admissions through strategic sales approaches and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify, approach, and convert prospective students and parents via effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that showcase our institution's value proposition.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Organize events and seminars to promote our institution and attract new students.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector, with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is an asset.
