Project Lead

A Project Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing projects within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of project management experience with proven success.
  • Proficiency in German language skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies is required.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects is crucial.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are vital.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
