Our organization is seeking a skilled Accounting and Human Resources professional to assume key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with Zoho Books/QuickBooks.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain updated employee records including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations including tax laws and labor laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, HR processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books/Payroll/People and QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
