Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global AI governance. As Director of Strategic Initiatives – Knowledge Networks, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives, developing and managing budgets, timelines, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value, building and maintaining a 36-month phased roadmap.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead teams and vendors to execute initiatives, developing and managing budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors, presenting progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement: Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate partner goals, ensuring deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns, establishing clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, preferably in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • A proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
