We are on the lookout for an Associate who can engage with students and parents, manage admissions, and ensure a seamless journey for those pursuing medical education abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Engagement & Counseling: Develop connections with prospective students, provide expert guidance on medical programs, universities, and global destinations, conduct personalized counselling sessions to assess student goals.
  • Application Management: Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions, coordinate with foreign institutions, keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.
  • Post-Registration Support: Guide students through visa applications, document preparation, conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families, resolve last-mile queries before departure.
  • Post-Flying Support: Provide regular check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad, act as a liaison between students and institutions, offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of student metrics and reports, collaborate with internal teams to enhance the student experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Overseas Education / Medical Counselling.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Empathy and a student-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred.
