Solution Architect - SAP ILM Archiving

We are seeking a skilled SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) Solution Architect to lead our organization's archiving initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive archiving plans, ensuring compliance with data retention and audit regulations.
  • Analyze business processes and system performance to minimize the impact of archiving on operations.
  • Implement standard and custom archive objects, guaranteeing data integrity and accessibility.
  • Maintain metadata and ADK file handling for seamless data management.
  • Conduct system assessments to identify opportunities for Data Volume Management (DVM) and define archiving strategies.
  • Troubleshoot archiving issues and provide solutions for open item closures.
  • Integrate Nearline Storage (SAP IQ) with archive servers and SAP systems.
  • Prioritize implementation experience in SAP ILM Legal Hold, Case Management, and ILM Blocking in S/4HANA environments.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with SAP RISE Clean Core methodology.
  • Experience integrating SAP with external content and archive servers.
  • Hands-on experience with document archiving scenarios and content server migrations.
  • Familiarity with SAP NSE (Native Storage Extension) and data aging strategies.
