Visual Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to craft compelling visual stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints. This role offers flexibility to work remotely or alongside our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing website content, including landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives.
  • Create engaging social media posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms.
  • Develop infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles.
  • Design visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
  • Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
  • Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and content-driven design.
