Key Responsibilities- Manage large volumes of customer interactions, including emails, calls and other communications
- Generate sales leads by building sustainable relationships with customers
- Coordinate between organisation departments and customers to meet their needs
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts efficiently
- Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines and policies
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential for this role.
This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can take initiative to engage customers and drive business growth through effective customer care.
