Senior Audit Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Audit Specialist to specialize in US Commercial Real Estate audits. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with US-based engagement teams and contribute to high-impact audits in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Perform audits, reviews, and compilations for clients across various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, evaluating internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up activities, developing time budgets and coordinating audit requests to meet deadlines.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, promoting teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and directors on work status and client issues.

Requirements:

  • CPA or CA with 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or US auditing CPA firms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to US Offices.
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Industry exposure: Commercial Real Estate.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Approaches projects with a sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Caseware, Caseview, or IDEA proficiency is a plus.

Location: Hyderabad or Ahmedabad

Work Timings: 10:30 AM IST - 7 PM IST
