Real Estate Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a key role in our Investment Banking division.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients within the REIT/Real Estate sector with exposure to various industries, including General Industrials & Industrial Services, Consumers, Retail and Oil & Gas.
  • Developing and auditing financial models for multifamily, office, industrial and retail asset classes.
  • Performing valuations for commercial real estate properties using income capitalization, sales comparison and cost approaches.
  • Modeling REIT income statements and balance sheets, understanding revolver, interest expense and circularity.
  • Preparing pitch books, information memorandums and industry studies.
  • Conducting M&A deal runs and target screenings using databases such as Greenstreet, RCA, Argus, Costar and Capital IQ.

Maintaining high client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification (CFA, MBA, CA etc.).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Investment banking or commercial real estate valuation.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills for economic performance analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage research projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in client handling.
  • Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ and FactSet.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
