Job Opportunity: Process Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll control and pension reconciliations.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering high-quality pension reconciliation and payroll control services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  2. Maintaining adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring any procedural changes are appropriately raised, discussed, and agreed upon with management prior to implementation.
  3. Processing daily workloads while keeping Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team members informed of progress throughout the day to ensure reporting and process deadlines are met.
  4. Liaising with other teams within Retirement Solutions when mismatches or technical issues arise.
  5. Utilizing multiple EQ pensions administration systems to access and retrieve banking data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to manage workload priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail, as the role involves collating and inputting data.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Snipping Tool.
  • Able to collate data and run macros in Microsoft Excel and possess a basic understanding of formulas.
  • Able to use internet banking to access and retrieve bank statement data.
  • Able to work across multiple systems.
  • Able to perform tasks well under pressure and remain focused during peak activity periods.
