About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that meet exacting project functions of aesthetics and practicality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user requirements while participating in research, conceptual and development of designs.
  • Presentation of architectural interior design ideas and planning by free-hand sketches.
  • Coordination with other disciplines and preparation of complete sets of construction drawings, documents, specifications for architectural interior design.
Required Qualifications:
  • B.Arch., M'Arch, B'ID, M'ID in architecture or relevant degree.
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience with good technical competency.
  • Very good knowledge of primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Additional Skills:
  • Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment & window treatment product selections and specifications.
  • Ergonomics.
  • Architectural interior lighting.
  • Sanitary fixtures, fitting & accessory products.
  • Disability codes and applicability to layouts.
  • Material sample boards.
