As a Lead Generative AI Specialist, you will shape and deliver high-impact GenAI solutions. You will take ownership from conception to deployment for our clients.

This role requires established independent consultants who are comfortable with short-notice engagements and open to fractional or project-based work.

  • Solution Leadership: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the ideation and design of innovative Generative AI solutions.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong, client-facing communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
