Job Title: Engineering Team Director Salesforce

The Engineering Team Director Salesforce is responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring best practices in Salesforce development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers and engineers to achieve exceptional results.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment where innovation thrives.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance growth.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure timely completion.
    • E nsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives to maximize ROI.
    • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables to meet customer needs.
  • Salesforce Development:
    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions to drive business growth.
    • E nsure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, including coding standards, security, and performance optimization to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Review and approve code changes and deployments to ensure seamless integration.
  • Solution Architecture:
    • Provide technical leadership in the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions to align with business goals.
    • E nsure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives to support long-term growth.
    • Collaborate with architects and other technical leaders to define the Salesforce roadmap and strategy to drive innovation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements to deliver value.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner to ensure transparency.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to other teams as needed to foster collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices to maintain expertise.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce development team.
