Key Human Resources Role

This is a critical position that involves managing end-to-end Human Resources for the South India region.

The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders and implement effective Human Resource Policies and Processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives within the region that align with the overall regional business strategy.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and employees to collect relevant data, assisting in recommending policy or process updates to the Corporate HR team.
  • Manage talent acquisition efforts for the South region, partnering with stakeholders to identify top talent and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Develop people analytics and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee the timely initiation and completion of employee confirmation processes.
  • Facilitate goal-setting in line with the regional business plan and ensure timely closure.
  • Drive the completion of performance appraisals across the region according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with line managers to identify early signs of critical talent attrition.
  • Administer the Employee Engagement Survey, support result analysis, extract insights, and help develop action plans to address key areas.
  • Ensure smooth and timely onboarding as per established processes.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven expertise in HRBP, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or related industries.
