Job Description

  • The AI/ML Engineer will lead, guide, and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists in creating innovative and productive work environments.
  • The position involves designing, building, and deploying machine learning systems using clean, maintainable, and error-free Python code.
  • The engineer will be responsible for implementing end-to-end data science processes, including data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • The role also involves working closely with diverse technical teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of AI/ML projects.
  • Database management skills are essential for managing and retrieving data effectively from SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • API development experience is necessary for developing and integrating RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks.
  • Debugging and optimization skills are required for diagnosing issues and optimizing existing code for performance improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in Python programming with 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Experience in building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for 5 years.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras deep learning frameworks.
  • Solid experience with Python web frameworks (Flask, Django) for API development.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers core libraries.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms with advanced techniques in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and familiarity with MLOps principles for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
  • Version Control: Proficient understanding of Git and Bitbucket for software version control.
  • C++ development experience is a plus.
