Automation Specialist Role

Summary: We seek a highly skilled automation specialist with expertise in software quality assurance, focusing on API testing and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated tests using Rest Assured and Selenium with Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient deployment and testing.
  • Utilize version control systems such as Git for effective code management.
  • Perform thorough analysis and debugging to resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Good to have: Knowledge of Playwright for UI testing is considered an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in test automation using Rest Assured and Selenium with Java.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java/JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
