Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to assume a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. As a key member of our organization, you will analyze requirements, facilitate communication, and drive data-backed solutions.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams within a Scrum team environment (team size: 6-8 members).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation in Confluence and manage project tracking using JIRA.
  • Support data analysis tasks using SQL and leverage APIs for data integration and reporting.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in APIs and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
