Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the migration project from legacy MFA systems to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring seamless transition and optimal user experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust MFA solutions that meet industry security standards and compliance regulations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on MFA technologies, providing technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to develop scalable MFA solutions.
  • Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools.
  • Monitor and report on MFA usage, performance metrics, and potential improvements.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
  • Proven experience in working with financial institutions, understanding regulatory compliance, and security requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
