Job Summary
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, focusing on IT system maintenance and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities- System Maintenance and Support: Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance to guarantee optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Promptly identify and resolve technical problems affecting end-users, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Network Administration: Help manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- User Account Management: Assist with user account creation, modification, and deletion, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience is also considered.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Cybersecurity Principles: Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles, including password management and multi-factor authentication.
- Experience with Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
