Key Responsibilities:
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting for employee count and compensation costs to ensure a systematic and transparent link between employee movements and compensation costs.
  • Provide data insights and analytics support to the human resources function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics, and responsible for successful delivery globally as per agreed performance indicators.
  • Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed, and communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations and reports.

 

Candidate Profile:
  • Need someone with hands-on experience of using HR databases and systems to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics (descriptive and predictive), and forecasting (employee life-cycle changes, headcount, organizational structures, diversity, learning, performance management etc.)
  • Experience in an analytics environment (including MI and reporting), preferably within human resources.
  • Proficient in developing, owning and optimizing statistical models, forecasts and HR reports to drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Experience in leading the interpretation of HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results, and report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience of using HR databases and systems.
  • Experience in analytics environment (including MI and reporting).
  • Proficient in programming languages such as R or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, HRCI, or CIPD.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics solutions.
  • Experience working with large datasets and statistical software.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HR systems and platforms.
