Job Position

We seek a senior interior design professional with experience in residential projects to create exceptional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences through regular meetings.
  • Develop innovative designs, floor plans, and sketches using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.
  • Create concept boards to communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of design principles and aesthetic appeal.
  • Build an outstanding portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Demonstrate creative flair, imagination, and attention to detail.

Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential projects is necessary.
  • Modular interior expertise is crucial.
  • Registration or degree in Interior Design or Architecture is mandatory.
  • Ability to manage clients and projects independently is vital.
  • Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying complex ideas effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch

Technical Proficiencies:
