Job Title: High Performance Optimization Specialist

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to drive the lifecycle of services, focusing on improving performance and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development or performance testing and engineering with systems analysis, including agile practices. 8+ years of experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting services before they go live through system design consulting, capacity planning, risk assessments, and launch reviews.
  • Maintaining services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
  • Driving continuous improvement activities that enhance service availability, recovery, efficiency, and performance.
  • Collaborating with a team to implement highly available and scalable architectures for core and third-party components of the service.
  • Implementing metrics, monitoring, and incident response processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • End-to-End Performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter
  • Monitoring tools like APPD, Grafana, Splunk, Devops and CI with CD
  • Cloud native services and Oracle Databases
  • Gatling, AWS Cloud, Harness, and K6
