Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Quality / Process Excellence (tech, data, or large-scale operations) with proven ability to lead teams and scale operations.
  • Skills: Strong experience with process mapping, audits, Lean/Six Sigma, and data-driven improvement methodologies.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing quality excellence initiatives.
  • Personality: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about quality by design with excellent communication skills.
